           Performance features

           The pipe can be fed in automatically or manually when the pipe cutting and beveling machine works the pipe can be removed from the machine with a turnover mechanism if necessary.

           It increases the automatization program in the prefabricating plant and decreases the hazards during lifting and mounting the machine.

          Technical parameters

          Pipe diameter applicable: DN50~600(φ60~610)

          Conveying length: 1,000M at inlet and 500M at outlet (or depend on customers requirements).

          Line length: 8M at inlet; 7M at outlet

          Line height: 800MM 

          Material of the roller bed: carbon steel with blue treated surface (coated with rubber if necessary)

          Conveying speed: 220M/Min

          Speed-regulation Mode: manual/VF stepless speed adjustment

          Control system: Manual/PLC control, shared with the pipe cutting length fixing system (or depend on the situation).

          Turnover mechanism: Nil (or depends on the situation)

          Lifting system: a lifting system could be equipped if required so as to adjust the center elevation of pipes automatically and to bevel the pipes of the different diameter.
