       On-line Performance: Excellent (Designed completely as per the one line equipment of the production line)

       Application: extremely broad (pipe and cover welding of various structures in various industries).

       Welding Capacity: Excellent (250-350 inch/day, which is 4 times higher than the manual welding)

       Operability: Good (applicable and easy to operate even if you are a new user)

       Surface finishing: Excellent (the welding gun will always be positioned in the optimum position)

       Welding compliance rate: 98% min (without re-working for the skilled operator).

       Driving Reliability: Good (driven by frictional force, however, it is required to set essential balance weight to offset large bending moment caused by elbows for large diameter pipe, or providing a chain tensioner to improve the reliability of the driving).

       Price: Much cheaper than the Piping Allposition Automatic Welding Machine (FCAW/GMAW)).

       Driving System: driven by threerow stainless steel worm and worm wheel (A1/A2) or driven by tworow rubber roller reducer (A3/A4)

       Clamping system: the electric clamping arm is adjustable and 180 degree rotational ability; it clamps manually with screw double wheels. A chain tensioner could be equipped if necessary.

       Bracket System: Separate type of trolley matching for welding machine, which may be adjusted along the track according to the length of the pipeline.

       Counterweight System: no Counterweight

       Speedregulation Mode: VF stepless speed control system

       Adjustment Mode: manual cross regulator (for A1/A3) / electric cross regulator  (for A2/A4)
